Yes, all modern EVs and plug‑in hybrids work with our chargers. If you want to double‑check, tell us your model and we'll confirm.

Most homes are compatible with any 7kW charger. The main choice is between a tethered charger (with a permanently attached cable) and an untethered charger (without a cable). If convenience is your priority, choose tethered. If you prefer a cleaner look, choose untethered. We'll help you choose the right option for your home.

All chargers come with a minimum 3‑year manufacturer warranty (some with 5 years!) plus our installation guarantee. If anything goes wrong, we're here to help.

Most installations take 2–3 hours. If extra work is needed, we'll explain everything before we start.

Yes, if you own or rent a flat, or live in rented or owned accommodation with off‑street parking, you may qualify for the OZEV EV Chargepoint Grant. It covers up to £500. We'll check eligibility and handle the paperwork.

Yes, you just need written permission from your landlord. We can provide a template email to make it easy.

You'll receive a short survey to complete via text, to confirm your home setup. Once that's done, we book your installation, handle any DNO checks, and keep you updated every step of the way.

DNO is the company that manages your local electricity network. Some homes need their approval before installing a charger. We handle everything for you, you don't need to contact them.
